As promised in its teaser, the first trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is here, and true to its teaser, the longer clip also pays a haunting homage to Chadwick Boseman.
A new conflict has also been teased in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, which the kingdom will be forced to resolve on its own without T’Challa. Tenoch Huerta’s Namor has been pitched as a sort of antihero by the media.
Further, we get a glimpse of who the new leader will be in the absence of Chadwick Boseman, as a voiceover informs that only the brokenhearted can make great leaders, and we see Shuri’s mournful face as she honors her late brother. A new Black Panther appears at the end of the film in a new suit.
Here is the trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever:
Featuring UK’s rising star Michaela Coel, whose series I May Destroy You has received critical acclaim. Dominique Thorne also appears in the promo as the genius Riri Williams.
On November 11, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be released in theatres. The film is directed by Ryan Coogler.
