J P Nadda, the BJP national president, will begin his two-day visit to Tamil Nadu on Thursday, where he will meet with eminent personalities, address a public gathering, and interact with party functionaries.
On September 7, the Congress launched its Bharat Jodo yatra from Kanyakumari, during Nadda’s visit to the southern state. This state has seen the BJP try to gain a foothold.
A total of 4 of the party’s 20 seats were won in the 2021 Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu.
Nadda will participate in several public programs and organisational meetings, according to BJP’s media head Anil Baluni.”Some eminent personalities” will interact with him in Madura.
A meeting with the Mahila Morcha team and other women office-bearers will follow in Karaikudi.A rally will be held by Nadda on Thursday in Karaikudi, according to the statement.In addition to offering prayers at a temple on Friday, he will meet with state officials.
