Ajay Devgn and Anupam Kher condoled the demise of legendary singer Bhupinder Singh. He died of a heart attack.

Veteran singer, ghazal player and composer Bhupinder Singh died of a heart attack on Monday at the age of 82. The singer, known for songs like ‘Dil dhoonta hai’ and ‘Hoton pe aise baat’ among many others, breathed his last at a hospital in Mumbai. His family revealed that he was suffering from several health complications including urinary problems for some time. Bollywood received the news with shock late tonight. Ever since this news reached everyone, the process of condolence messages has been going on on social media.

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan is deeply saddened to hear the news of Bhupinder Singer’s demise. He remembered the voice of the late singer. Ajay took to his Instagram stories and posted a picture of him. “Deeply saddened by the passing away of Bhupinder Singh Ji. His voice brought joy to millions and he had a uniqueness. Veteran actor Anupam Kher also condoled the demise of Bhupinder Singh on Twitter. He shared the memory with him, recalling how the late ghazal singer’s songs were his source of inspiration during his early struggling days in Mumbai. “Deeply saddened to hear about the passing away of renowned singer Bhupendra Singh Ji. All his songs sound good. But “Ek Akela Is Shekhar Mein Aur Dil Dhoond Hai… Both these songs inspired me to look for work in my early days in Mumbai and even helped me a lot. He was a very simple person. Om Shanti,” Anupam’s tweet was translated from Hindi.

According to Bhupinder Singh’s wife Mitali Singh, Bhupinder Singh died of a heart attack. He was undergoing treatment for several health complications in the hospital for the last 10 days.
