BREAKING NEWS: Raju Srivastava dies at 58 after making millions laugh

In a shocking turn of events, popular stand-up comedian Raju Srivastava passed away at the age of 58. On August 10, he suffered a sudden heart attack and was rushed to the AIIMS Delhi for treatment. He was immediately transferred to the intensive care unit and was placed on life support. As a result of his heart attack, he was unable to gain consciousness for more than two days, and despite the efforts of his doctors, his health continued to deteriorate. His doctors informed him that he had suffered brain damage as a result of the heart attack.
News agency ANI tweeted, “Comedian Raju Srivastava has passed away at 58 years of age.”.

Prior to Raju Srivastava’s death, Narendra Modi (Prime Minister), Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Aityanath called Shikha to inquire about her husband’s health and offer support.
Born Satya Prakash Shrivastava on 25 December 1963, he adopted Raju as his stage name. Due to his many acts, he was often called Gajodhar. Raju, a Kanpur president and a member of a middle-class family was always interested in becoming a comedian. His first stint was as a stand-up comedian on The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, where he finished second. He was awarded the title of “The King of Comedy” after he had participated in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge – Champions.
Raju Srivastava has performed in India as well as abroad. He was also part of Rajshri Productions’ Maine Pyar Kiya, a Bollywood film. He was also a part of Aamdani Atthanni KharchaRupaiya
Raju gained many fans after he appeared on Bigg Boss Season 3 & Nach Baliye Season 6. He has also appeared in Comedy Nights With Kapil.
His wife Shikha, and their children Antara and Ayushman are his survivors.
