The CBI on Saturday moved a court then seeking cancellation of bail of Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav in the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation( IRCTC) fiddle.
Special Judge Geetanjali Goel published a notice to Yadav on the operation filed by the inquiry agency, seeking his response by September 28.
The court had in October 2018 granted bail to the minister after he came out in the performance of process published against him in a case related to contended irregularities in awarding operating contracts of two IRCTC hospices to a private establishment.
