“In Maa, I have always felt…”: PM Modi pays tribute to his mother Hiraba upon her passing.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter today to pay tribute to his mother Hiraba, who passed away on Friday in an Ahmedabad hospital. Sector 30 in Gandhinagar was the location of her cremation ceremonies.
“A magnificent century sits at God’s feet… “In Maa, I have always felt the trinity of an ascetic’s journey, the symbol of a selfless Karmayogi, and a life devoted to ideals,” tweeted PM Modi this morning, alerting the public of his mother’s passing.
pic.twitter.com/yE5xwRogJi

Posting a photo, the Prime Minister recalled what his mother had said to him on her 100th birthday. “When I saw her on her 100th birthday, she stated one thing that will always be remembered: ‘Work with intelligence and live life with purity'”
After arriving in Ahmedabad from Delhi, the prime minister visited his mother in the hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
Hiraba, born in 1923, is survived by her five sons, Somabhai, Amritbhai, Narendra, Prahlad, and Pankaj, as well as her daughter, Vasantiben.
Hiraba was born in Visnagar, Mehsana district, and as a kid, she lost her mother to the Spanish Flu pandemic. She had low financial means and was illiterate for the majority of her life. Visnagar is near Vadnagar, the birthplace of Prime Minister Modi.
Several ministries and political heavyweights, such as President Droupadi Murmu, Smriti Irani, Rahul Gandhi, Yogi Adityanath, and M K Stalin, as well as business magnates such as Gautam Adani, lamented the death of the Prime Minister’s mother.
