JNR celebrates SS Rajamouli’s ‘worldwide glory’ after Best Director win, says ‘it’s our journey’

Jr NTR congratulated SS Rajamouli on winning the Best Director award from the New York Film Critics Circle for RRR. Rajamouli’s journey to worldwide glory is just the beginning, Tarak tweeted.

The Jr NTR said, “Congratulations, Jakkanna @ssrajamouli. It’s just the beginning of your worldwide glory journey. Let the world know what I’ve known about you all along.”

According to SS Rajamouli, Jr, NTR’s journey isn’t just his, but also his. Then he wrote, “Haha.” “Beginning of our journey…” (Sic).”

It was a pleasant surprise to fans worldwide since Rajamouli had to compete with Steven Spielberg and Darron Aronofsky.

The winner’s list included a lot more iconic talent than Rajamouli. For The Banshees of Inisherin and After Yang, Cate Blanchett won Best Actress, and Collin Farell won Best Actor. Also, Todd Field’s Tar won Best Film.

RRR is battling for the upcoming Oscars, so this win is much-needed. It’s up for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, and more.

Ram Charan stars in RRR, a period film loosely based on Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju.
