Patna High Court will receive another Gujarat High Court judge

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended that Gujarat High Court Judge Justice Vipul M Pancholi be transferred to Patna High Court.

The Collegium’s decision, which was taken on 29th September, was published on Friday on the court’s official website. At that time, the Collegium was headed by the then Chief Justice of India, U U Lalit. The Collegium, at its meeting held on 29th September 2022, recommended the transfer of Justice Vipul Manubhai Pancholi, Judge of the Gujarat High Court, to the Patna High Court.

Pancholi enrolled as an advocate in September 1991 and began practising law in Gujarat HC. In 2014, he was elevated to Additional Judge and Permanent Judge of Gujarat HC, respectively.
