The Dizo group is set to announce a manufacturing deal with Optiemus Electronics as part of its Make in India campaign

As part of Realme TechLife ecosystem, Dizo is talking with Delhi-based Optiemus Electronics Limited (OEL) about manufacturing its products in India. According to sources, both companies are nearing a manufacturing agreement and may announce their partnership soon. Wholly owned by Optiemus Infracom, Optiemus Electronics is the company’s electronics division.In 1995, Optemus started out as a Nokia handset retailer and distributor.In addition to design-focused solutions for consumers in the areas of wearables, IOT, tablets, laptops, and medical devices, OEL also provides repair services for mobile phones, set-top boxes, and cables.In May 2021, Dizo launched its affordable TWS earbuds on the Indian market.Products offered by the company include smart entertainment, smart homes, smart health care, and accessories.

It is unclear whether Dizo‘s product range will be covered by the tie-up or if certain categories will only have been quite some time since Dizo looked to start manufacturing in India. First-ever feature phones by Dizo were made in India, the Dizo Star series.

According to Counterpoint Research’s Q2, 2022 smartwatch shipment report, Dizo ranks fourth among the top 5 smartwatch brands.In addition to neckbands and TWS, Dizo ranks among the fastest-growing brands in India.

In addition to smartwatches, earbuds, and neckbands, Dizo has launched over 30 products.A Bluetooth-enabled smartwatch, the Dizo Watch R Talk, was announced recently by the company.
