Mohan Bhagwat, the chief of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), said on Thursday that a Hindu understands that “diversity is multiple expressions of the same unity.”
At the RSS’s officers’ training camp’s closing ceremony, he said the G20 presidency coming to India was no ordinary feat.
He defined a Hindu as any traditional resident of India and is accountable for its governance (‘uttardayi’).
We can live with diversity because diversity is the expression of the same unity in multiple ways. In his opinion, the only person who understands this is a Hindu.
Even now, Bhagwat warned, “cruel forces and their agents” are seeking to undermine India’s progress and break it up.
