PM Modi: Mulayam’s demise was a significant loss for the country; he kept blessing me

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday paid tribute to Mulayam Singh Yadav, saying the late Samajwadi Party founder was of such a big heart that “as long as he lived, he blessed me”.

“While coming then, I got the sad news that Mulayam Singh Yadav has passed down. His demise is a great loss to the country. I have an extraordinary relationship with Mulayam Singh. When we met as principal ministers – he and I – we used to feel a sense of belonging,” the high minister said in Amod, in Gujarat’s Bharuch quarter, where he laid the foundations of several Laid development systems.

“In 2014, when the BJP blessed me as its high clerical seeker, I had called people from the opposition with whom I had a relationship to seek blessings – though we had ideological differences. I flashback to Mulayam Singh Ji gave me two words of advice as a blessing in my trust. In the last Parliament session of the former government in 2019, Mulayam Singh stood at the bottom of the house to say commodity Which is the biggest blessing of my life. He said,” Modiji takes everyone along, and I’m sure he’ll win in 2019 and become the Prime Minister again.” His heart must have been so big that he continued to bless me as long as he was alive. And moment, from the banks of the Narmada and on the soil of Gujarat, I pay my sincere tributes to her. I supplicate to God to give his family and sympathizers strength to face this loss.”

Yadav, who was three-time Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, failed at a sanitarium on Monday at the age of 82.
