Ankita Bhandari murder case: rhetorical report denies rape

Preliminary rhetorical check report of gut samples of Ankita Bhandari, wherever she worked as a secretary, was allegedly dead by the owner, a peace officer same, on Monday.

Bhandari’s murder, allegedly by his employer Pulkit Arya, a former BJP leader’s son, and two of his accomplices, had created massive public outrage, with people demanding the execution of the killers.

The officer, requesting anonymity, said that reports of gut samples did not indicate any sexual assault on him before his murder.

The new findings support the post-mortem report free by AIIMS, Rishikesh, that additionally dominated out sex offences on the victim.

Arya and two accomplices have been put behind bars while the SIT probe is on in the case.

The investigation by the SIT, headed by DIG P Renuka Devi, is nearing its conclusion, after which a charge sheet will be filed in the case, the official said.

The body of Bhandari (19) was recovered on September 24 from the Chilla canal in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
